I faced multiple challenges during my stay at Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road. The sheets in my room were not clean, and after requesting a change, the housekeeping was slow to respond. Additionally, the restaurant service was disappointingly slow, with tables often left unclean, indicating a need for better training among the staff.

A relaxing stay with great views

Enjoyed the smooth check-in and the complimentary fruit platter. The staff, particularly Vivek and Jitu, were attentive and helpful, making our meals enjoyable.

The gym was smaller than expected, with a limited variety of equipment. Also, the dining service was a bit slow during peak hours.

Had a solid time at Novotel! The breakfast spread was awesome, and the rooftop restaurant KooX is a must-visit for delicious food with a killer view. Just a heads up, the check-in took longer than expected and the plugs were limited.

Staying here was a delightful experience! The hospitality from the staff, notably Eswar, made our visit memorable. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, ensuring a restful stay. Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options. The pool and fitness center added a luxurious touch that enhanced my experience. Definitely a place to return!
